Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind about the purchase you have made. We can only accept returns if the product is in "New Condition". We cannot accept returns on used items, and we cannot accept returns on paintballs.

You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number (RMA) and return address. All returns must be accompanied by the RMA and a printed email confirmation of your order. We won't be able to track returned items without RMA. Once we receive returned items and verify the condition we'll credit you the original cost of the items. Lost Returns

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.


We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on paintballs for any reason. is not responsible for breakage during shipping. If you receive your order and the box is damaged, a claim may be filed with UPS for a damaged shipment. To file a claim, please contact us and we will start the paperwork for a claim. Be sure to save the original packaging to substantiate the claim.

Missing or Mistaken Items

If you receive your order and there are items missing, or you have received a different product than you ordered, you must submit a claim to within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will respond promptly.

Items On Warranty

Damaged or defective items can not be returned or exchanged if these items are covered by manufacturer warranty. You have to contact manufacturer. Please contact us and we'll provide you with warranty details and manufacturer contact information. © 2002-2010
