Shipping and Handling

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day if your product is in stock. When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. We ship anywhere in the Continental United States. Since all orders are shipped UPS, we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Currently, we don't ship internationally.

If you want to return your order because you have received a different product than you ordered or the product is defective we'll provide you with prepaid shipping label. Otherwise return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All items are inspected by our staff prior to shipment. Your order will be insured against damage via the carrier. The carrier will have sole responsibility for the safe delivery of your items. ALL damage claims should be filed with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in this, should the need arise. Please be advised that you are required to retain all packaging materials, bill of laden, all documents, labels, etc. to file your claim and for inspection by the carrier. © 2002-2010
